Yes. The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card commitment until conversion. You can cancel before day 7 to return to the Free plan. The Free plan itself is permanent (up to 10 clients and 5 listings).

Yes. You can add clients and listings manually or in bulk via CSV. Pro and Executive plans support MLS data import and advanced filtering via the TRREB AMPRE feed.

Yes — Email Intelligence is available on Pro and Executive plans. Connect Gmail or Outlook via OAuth to manage threads, get AI-generated summaries, and draft replies directly inside the CRM. Your inbox data never leaves your workspace and is not used to train AI models.

The platform is built for Canadian compliance. PIPEDA: encrypted storage, access controls, audit logging, 72-hour breach notification, and the right to access, correct, or delete data. CASL: every outbound marketing email carries sender identification and a one-click unsubscribe link. RECO: advertising disclosures supported. FINTRAC: audit trail for every transaction-related action. You remain responsible for your own consent records and RECO obligations — we give you the tools.

Yes. TRREB listings are streamed live from the board via our licensed IDX feed and refresh multiple times per day. VG Network listings are added and updated by licensed agents; sold or leased properties are removed promptly.

Every property page includes a contact form. Provide your name, email, phone, and a short message, and a VG agent will follow up within one business day. You can also reach us at hello@vg-realestate.ca.

No. Inquiries sent through a listing page are used only to respond to your question about that property. You will not be added to any marketing list without your explicit consent, as required by PIPEDA and CASL.

Yes. We never disclose your business name or financials without a signed NDA. Your staff, customers, and suppliers are not notified until you choose to do so. The process is designed to protect your operations at every stage.

Your CRM data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases hosted in Canada and the United States, with encrypted backups retained for up to 35 days. All traffic is protected by TLS 1.2+ in transit, and data is encrypted at rest. Full list of sub-processors is available in our Privacy Policy.

You do. Your clients, listings, notes, documents, and emails remain your property at all times. VG Real Estate acts only as a data processor — we host, back up, and display your data to provide the Service, and we never use it to train AI models or sell to third parties.

Cancel any time from Billing → Manage subscription. After cancellation you can request full deletion from Settings → Account. Your account and CRM content are permanently removed within 30 days, except for billing records we are legally required to keep for 7 years under Canadian tax law.

Yes. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act: clear purposes, limited collection, consent-based sharing, access and correction rights, breach notification within 72 hours, and a designated Privacy Officer reachable at privacy@vg-realestate.ca.

Only when you explicitly use an AI feature (VG Assistant, email draft, contract generation, summarization). In those cases the specific content you submit is sent to Anthropic Claude and returned as a suggestion. Anthropic’s Commercial Terms prohibit training on your inputs or outputs. You can disable all AI features on any paid plan by emailing privacy@vg-realestate.ca.

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 provider. Full card numbers never touch our servers — we only store the last 4 digits, card brand, and expiry returned by Stripe. Canadian HST is calculated automatically at checkout via Stripe Tax.

We enforce TLS 1.2+ encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA/TOTP) for all accounts, Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection on login, role-based access control with full audit logging, rate limiting, and strict Content Security Policy headers. Security researchers can report findings responsibly to security@vg-realestate.ca.

Yes. You can export clients, listings, deals, and contacts as CSV or JSON at any time from within the CRM, or request a full account-data archive from privacy@vg-realestate.ca. We deliver portable exports within 30 days.
